Discounts

  • Disounts are applied to any additional book that is ordered with the first book.  The second and any remaining books will be half the price of the original book in the order.  The cost of additional pages is not discounted. 

  • After the initial printing, you may order additional books whenever you want, as often as you want — the first book in any subsequent order will be applied to any additional books ordered.  If you purchase one book only after the initial printing, the book will be full price.  

 

Revisions

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your photo book, so we will provide a complimentary digital proof so you can request changes or updates to your book before it is printed. Should you need an additional revision there will be a fee of $50.

  • Once the book has been approved by you and sent to the printer, no refunds are available.

 

Deposit and Payment

  • A deposit of half of the estimate total is due up front before work can begin.  An invoice will be provided listing the remainder of payment that is due before the book can go to print.

  • We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.  

 

Shipping and Handling

  • Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be added to the total cost of the book.

  • The domestic shipping and handling fee is $25 for one photo book (2 books = $30, 3 books = $35). Contact us for pricing on shipping orders with more than 3 books.  

  • Once we receive final approval from you, your book will be sent to the printer.  Most books arrive within 11 business days.  Should you want your book sooner, we can add a rush delivery for $50 (arrival in approximately 5-7 business days). 

 

Scanning Services

  • If your photos are in a box or old photo album, no problem!  We will scan your photos with the utmost care and add them to a CD for you to keep.  Your original photos will then be returned to you at the end of the process. The price is .50¢ per scanned photo.  

 

Referrals

  • Referrals are an important part of the success of Pics Elated Books.  For anyone you send our way who completes a photo book, we will reward you with $50 off your next photo book, or a $25 Macy's gift card — your choice!
