1) Contact Us

You can contact us via phone or on our Contact Us page.  We’ll ask you a few questions, such as what type of book you would like made, the size and theme of the book and if you have any special photos you want included.  We’ll then give you a written estimate detailing the cost, and half is due up front. We’ll also answer any questions you may have.

 

2) Send Us Your Photos

Next, send us your photos.  We want to make it easy, so we have several options:

 

Drop Box

Sending photos though Drop Box is the simplest, fastest and most secure option available.  There is nothing to download on your computer. If this is the option you choose, let us know and we will provide you with a link to Drop Box. You will then add your photos to the Drop Box folder via their free, safe and secure website.

 

CD

If your photos are on a CD from your photographer or you’re über organized and have already transferred pictures to a CD, great!  You can make a copy and send it to us, or mail the original CD — which we will return to you when the book is complete. To be safe, be sure to send your CD with the tracking option from USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.  

 

Flash Drive

This is another great option. Put your pictures in a folder on your computer and transfer the folder to a Flash Drive. We will return the Flash Drive to you when your book is complete. To be safe, be sure you send your flash drive with the tracking option from USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. 

 

Local Customers

If you live in the Chicago area, we will be happy to meet with you and pick up your photographs, or your CD or Flash Drive with digital images. 

 

Scan

If your pictures are not in a digital format, you can send us your paper photos and we will scan them for you and put them on a CD for you to preserve and share. Rest assured your original photos will be treated with the utmost care and returned to you at the end of the process. To be safe, be sure you send your photos with the tracking option from USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. 

 

3) Review Your Book

In approximately ten business days, we will have completed a draft of your book, and will send you a PDF proof to review and make any comments. We provide one complimentary revision to make sure the book is exactly as you want.  For each additional proof beyond this a $50 fee will apply.  Once we receive your final approval, an invoice will be provided listing the remainder of payment that is due before the book can go to print.

 

4) Your Book is Delivered to You - Enjoy!

Your new book takes approximately eleven business days to be printed and shipped.  Should you want it sooner, please let us know and we can add a Rush Delivery (arrival in 5-7 business days) for a fee of $50.00.
